We visited the cemetery early this morning. Then we went to Ueno Park and down to the tourist area. I was surprised by the size of the place and that there were no stairs. Instead there was a long slope which naturally descended. Then we went to Shinbashi and said goodbye to the person we were with and went to Kanda to see a statue of Lieutenant Hirose. We returned home early at 2 o'clock. the end
